Gene Pehrson

Gene has been the owner of SERVPRO of Aitkin, Carlton and West St Louis Counties for 9 years. He is a disabled veteran. His favorite part of the work he does is understanding a home from the very beginning to the very end. Knowing how it was built, to best help the remediation/repair. He is certified as a building contractor and in bio-hazard, radon, subrogation, mold remediation & testing, lead renovation, Master IICRC water damage, advanced drying, applied anti-microbial, carpet, textiles, fire & smoke restoration and electronic technologies.

Courtney has been a part of Team Pehrson for over a year now. When she's not handling a large amount of the Administration Duties for SERVPRO Aitkin, Carlton, and West St. Louis Counties, she enjoys spending time with her 2 kids and husband in Hill City.

Sara Pollock is one of our Lead Technicians. She has been with our team for 7 years and is water damage certified. She specializes in Fire Restoration, Inventory/Pack Out, Ultra Sonic and Ozone for Content Restoration. Her favorite part of her job is helping home owners through a disaster and doing a good job to make them happy. She has 10 "fur" kids, 2 cats, 4 rabbits, 2 alpacas & 2 sheep and loves spending time with them when she isn't working.

Introducing Heather, our devoted General Manager originating from Grand Rapids. Heather's dedication goes beyond assisting customers in crisis; she's equally focused on supporting her team. Beyond the office, Heather delights in cheering for her sons at sports events, immersing herself in the outdoors with her dogs, and tending to beautiful gardens.
