Gone for a wedding
This was a long day for this customer. They had just returned home from a wedding a joyous occasion to a complete nightmare. The supply line to the bathroom faucet had broke and been running continuous for a few days. The flooded both upstairs and downstairs of the house. The customers were besides themselves and just tired and stressed out. We arrived on site and started getting our drying plan together and then shared it with the homeowner. We ended up taking out flooring, ceiling and many other things. After 3 days we were complete, and the homeowner could not believe how great the place looked even without flooring. This customer was extremely happy with the work performed and rated us a 10 out of 10 on our customer satisfaction form. The comment left on the form stated, " thank you for all the hard work, your teams are great and we can't thank you enough for the prompt and professional service." This was a nightmare turned around for the homeowner.
