Unfortunately, due to the amount of time that the loss sat before it was discovered heavy demolition was needed to properly dry the structure. The extent of the demolition is depicted in the after photo. The sub floor was removed due to the heavy warping, and the sheet rock needed to be cut out due to wet insulation.
